SASO certificate

Vifra proudly certified some of its products according to organization regulations for Saudi standards, metrology and quality.
What does SASO mean?

The word “SASO”, is the acronym of “Saudi Standards, metrology and Quality Organization”. SASO is therefore a technical governmental body of Saudi Arabia, established in 1972, which regulates tasks related to standards, metrology and quality. As clearly expressed in the institutional website, the mission of the institution is to raise the standards and quality of products and services, to protect the consumer and strengthen the competitiveness of the Arab national economy. To do this, the governmental organization has set precise product and process standards to filter all goods, and has required all importers to certify their products.

The SASO quality mark in Vifra

The SASO quality mark, established by the government agency of Saudi Arabia, follows the intention to reduce the impact that certain types of products have on the environment around us. In particular, all products entering the Saudi border must comply with essential requirements relating to their safety, national safety regulations and the Islamic religion. Vifra, as a company that produces domestic and industrial taps, showers, bathtubs and sanitary fixtures, relies on an approved and registered laboratory to carry out a range of tests on its products. Implementing the appropriate improvements and inserting constant controls of process and product, living proudly asked and obtained the SASO certification for its shut-off showers.
